Migrant confronted while crawling under barbed wire
New video shows a migrant who was crawling under barbed wire with a child was confronted by a man who appears to be in the uniform of the Texas National Guard. This incident comes as countries on both sides of the border are struggling to handle the number of migrants traveling north.
